Unlocking the potential of your assets begins with better surface and subsurface understanding. The result is the selection of an optimal field development concept that delivers maximum value.
Using internationally experienced petroleum and facilities engineers, we provide FDP's, which customarily cover the number and sequencing of wells to be drilled to produce the predicted amount of hydrocarbons, specific recovery techniques, type and costs of necessary installations and facilities (onshore and offshore), separation systems for gas and fluids, installations meeting environmental requirements, as well as other requirements specified by our clients.
We create outline options of possible architectures and development strategies. Screening against mutually agreed decision criteria including cost estimate and project economics provides a quantitative decision basis for selection of the preferred development plan.
We recognize development risk and uncertainty (for example reservoir properties and volumetrics) while at the same time seeking opportunities to improve project value (for example through integrated approach to development planning, deployment of new technology etc.).
Our broad range of technical expertise, combined with our practical design and operating experience across the project life-cycle, means that we are able to produce robust high quality deliverables in short timescales where data may be limited.
